Product Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are required to inspect the delivered product(s) prior to signing for them. Once the product is signed for, it is considered accepted “free and clear.” If any damage is discovered at the time of delivery, customers must refuse the shipment and immediately notify us by calling or emailing Pro Storage Solutions customer service.
Shipping Methods
We utilize various shipping methods, including Ground, Less Than Truckload (LTL), and dedicated carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on the chosen method and the use of drop shipment. In some cases, items may ship within 1-2 days, while others may take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered.
